Chuck Sanders, PhD, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development, technology innovation, and defense training. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Architect at Trideum Corporation since September 2020, Chuck has also been an Independent Organization Development Consultant since October 2013, specializing in helping organizations navigate complex challenges. Prior roles include Subject Matter Expert at Edge360 LLC, Principal Analyst at Alion Science and Technology, and various positions at the Department of Defense, where Chuck played a pivotal role in modeling and simulation activities. An accomplished academic, Chuck taught management and research methods as an Adjunct Professor at Spring Arbor University.
