Jodi Graves SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jodi currently works as a Recruiter at Trideum Corporation since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Business Advisor/Recruiter at Rocket City HR Consulting from May 2020 to February 2023. In this role, they were responsible for managing the SuccessFactors requisition process and executing the full cycle recruiting process for a manufacturing company.

Before joining Rocket City HR Consulting, Jodi worked at Asbury Weekday as a Preschool Teacher & Substitute Preschool Teacher from August 2016 to May 2020. Early in their career, they worked at Georgia-Pacific LLC as a Sr. College Relations Recruiter from April 2001 to April 2004. Additionally, they served as a Corporate Recruiter at Healthprime Inc. from January 2001 to March 2001, as an HR Generalist at AIM Management Group, Inc. from May 1997 to October 2000, and as a Recruiting Coordinator at Administaff Inc. from January 1996 to March 1997.

Jodi Graves SHRM-CP completed their education at Auburn University from 1991 to 1995. Jodi obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services. In February 2021, Jodi obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
