Raphael Behrle is currently a PhD student at the Institute of Solid State Electronics at TU Wien, focusing on doped Ge and Si nanowires within the "Emerging Nanoelectronic Devices" group led by Prof. Walter M. Weber. In July 2024, they joined the Digital Engineering team at Tridonic, working on lifetime predictions and modeling. Previously, Raphael held various roles at Tridonic from 2013 to 2018, including Design Engineer and Head of Digital Engineering. Additionally, they led the CubeSat mission "SpaceTeamSat1" with the TU Wien Space Team. Raphael holds a Bachelor of Science and a Diplom-Ingenieur degree from Fachhochschule Technikum Wien and Technische Universität Wien, respectively, and is set to complete their Doktor in 2024.
