Scott Strangfeld

Scott Strangfeld is an experienced engineering manager currently leading a team of 8-10 design engineers and support staff at TriEnda since June 2020. With a robust background in project engineering, Scott has successfully led new product development initiatives and implemented systems to enhance project tracking. Prior to TriEnda, Scott worked at Flambeau, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing injection and blow molding projects from conception to production and coaching manufacturing teams. Earlier experience includes roles such as engineer in training, data collection trainer, and production supervisor. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, an Associate Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from Chippewa Valley Technical College, and a certificate in Organizational Leadership from Dale Carnegie.
