Abhijit Joshi

Abhijit Joshi has been working in the finance and banking industry since 2005. Abhijit began their career as a Software Engineer at Infosys Technologies Limited in 2005. In 2008, they joined ICICI Bank as an Associate Relationship Manager in the Corporate Banking Group and an Investment Advisor in the International Banking Group. In 2012, they moved to Kotak Mahindra Bank as a Regional Head, Founding Member and Associate Vice President of the E-Commerce Business and Corporate Banking. In this role, they were responsible for building account strategies, sourcing new corporate relationships in the E-Commerce, Fintech, Digital payments, Start Up, and Technology space, executing working capital, start-up debt, and capital market deals, and implementing and operationalizing Cash Management and Transaction Banking solutions. Abhijit also built an asset book of approx. INR 1500 crore and sourced and handled the relationship for the largest Indian E-Commerce player. In 2017, they joined Centrum India as Vice President of Mid Corporate and Start up Lending. Currently, they are an Associate Director and Venture Debt Investor at Trifecta Capital Advisors.

Abhijit Joshi's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) from Visvesvaraya Technological University from 2001 to 2005, a Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM) from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon from 2006 to 2008, a Certified Financial Planner from CFP Institute from 2008 to 2009, and Pre University from M.E.S College of Arts, Science & Commerce, Malleshwaram, Bangalore-3 from 1999 to 2001. Additionally, they have obtained a FinTech and the Transformation in Financial Services certification from Coursera in July 2019 and a Certified Financial Planner certification.
