Matus Nickel

Matus Nickel is a technology leader with extensive experience in software development and architecture, currently serving as the CTO and Co-founder of TRIFFT Loyalty Platform since August 2024. Previously, Matus co-founded TRIFFT Loyalty Services and held key roles such as Senior Software Architect at SWAN, a.s., leading the design of a global media solution, and Head of Backend Services at Pixel Federation, managing PHP and Java projects. Matus's career also includes positions as a Senior PHP Developer in various companies, where responsibilities encompassed developing e-commerce solutions and managing web server infrastructures. Matus possesses a strong educational background, graduating from Technical University of Košice between 2007 and 2011.
