Eli Dvergsnes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and management support. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Trifid since January 2024, Eli previously held the position of Senior Organization Development Consultant at Sykehuspartner HF from February 2018 to January 2024, and prior to that, served as a Senior Consultant at NAV from April 2008 to January 2018. Earlier career experience includes a role as Senior Advisor at the Norwegian Association of Blind and Partially Sighted from April 2001 to April 2008. Eli holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Organizational Leadership at the University of South-Eastern Norway, which commenced in January 2021.
