Joost de Ridder

Joost de Ridder has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Joost is currently the Director and Business Unit Leader of Transition & Support for TriFinance in the Netherlands. Additionally, they founded and serves as the General Manager of Safe & Sound Student Services.

Prior to their current roles, Joost was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Guachimey and the GM of Global Marketing at Navitas. Joost also worked at TriFinance as the BU Leader, where they successfully restructured the Business Unit in Amsterdam. Joost has experience as the Commercial Director at Noordhoff Uitgevers BV and as the Director and Head of International Enrolment at Laureate Online Education.

Before that, Joost held various positions at Dell, including Sales Director Global Segment/Large Corporate Accounts and Global Account Director for Philips OEM. Joost also worked as the Marketing Manager for Healthcare at Dell.

Joost started their career as the General Manager and Founding Partner of Yuka, a sales company specializing in consumer electronics and services.

Joost de Ridder completed their VWO at Nassau Scholen Gemeenschap te Breda from 1980 to 1986. Joost then pursued a Master's degree (drs) in Economics at the University of Amsterdam, graduating in 1992. Continuing their education, they obtained a post-graduate degree in Controllership from the University of Amsterdam, specializing in Finance, General, between 1994 and 1997.
