Ruben Rodriguez Quintero

Ruben Rodriguez Quintero is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the chemical and energy sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Trifol Resources since October 2023, Ruben is focused on sustainability through the conversion of waste plastic into valuable products. Previously, Ruben held various leadership roles at ChampionX, including Head of Commercial Insights and Analytics, and Global Director for Operations & Strategic Planning. With a strong background in process engineering and technology development from positions at Nalco Champion, GAS2 LTD, Technip, and Foster Wheeler Energy Ltd, Ruben has demonstrated expertise in product portfolio management, operational innovation, and commercialization strategies. Ruben holds an MBA in Oil and Gas from Robert Gordon University, a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Surrey, and a Chemical Engineering degree from Universidad del Valle.
