Candice Kramer, CHC, CHPC, serves as the Vice President and Chief Compliance, Privacy, & Audit Officer at TriHealth, where oversight of Compliance & Privacy and Internal Audit programs is conducted for a healthcare system employing 11,000 team members. Previously, Candice held roles as Chief Compliance & Privacy Officer and Group Chief Compliance Officer at Tenet Healthcare. Additional experience includes positions at Cambia Health Solutions and Providence Health & Services, focusing on ethics and compliance programs across various regions. Candice is actively involved as a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. and was a member of the Health Care Compliance Association from 2010 to 2022. Candice holds a Bachelor of Science degree, graduating Magna cum Laude in Philosophy, Politics, & Economics from Eastern Oregon University.
