Carole Castillo

Carole Castillo, MSN, RN, CCRN, currently serves as Nurse Manager II at TriHealth, overseeing Bethesda North MSICU and PCU since September 2022. Previously at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center from April 2012 to September 2022, Carole held various positions including HealthVine Care Manager, PICU Clinical Manager, and Critical Care Registered Nurse III, where responsibilities encompassed coordinating pediatric care, managing critically ill patients, and leading training initiatives for nursing staff. Carole began the career as an Emergency Services Representative, progressively enhancing patient care operations through effective leadership and education programs. Carole earned a Master's in Nursing, Leadership and Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati, following a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Miami.
