Charles Spears

Charles Spears is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in server infrastructure and client technologies. Currently serving as an IT Service Manager at TriHealth since July 2015, Charles has held multiple roles, including Lead Server Engineer and Senior Server Engineer, overseeing the management and documentation of enterprise software solutions and acting as the primary administrator for the VMware AirWatch mobile device management solution. Prior experience includes a position as a System Analyst at McCullough Hyde Memorial Hospital, where responsibilities encompassed administration of Windows servers and VMware environments. Charles began a career in technical support as a Service/Support Technician at Journey Systems, contributing to the design and configuration of custom server hardware. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology - Security from Western Governors University and has studied at Miami University.
