Keith M. has extensive experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and operations, currently serving as the Manager of HRIS & HR Operations at TriHealth since October 2011. Prior roles at TriHealth include Technical Lead and HR Applications Administrator. Prior to TriHealth, Keith held positions as HRIS Senior Analyst and Application Specialist at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center from October 2006 to October 2011, and as a Business Systems Analyst in Human Resources at Convergys from February 2005 to October 2006. Keith holds a Master of Arts in Labor and Employment Relations from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs, graduating cum laude, along with a Certificate in Business Spanish from the same institution.
