Kelly Dornheggen

Kelly Dornheggen has over 17 years of experience in financial management within the healthcare sector, currently serving as Sr Director Operational Finance at TriHealth since December 2006. In this role, Kelly oversees financial management, reporting, and strategic leadership for Bethesda North and Good Sam Hospitals, collaborating closely with senior hospital executives and managing the capital and operating budget processes. Previous positions include Director of Budgeting and Decision Support, and Senior Manager of Hospital Finance and Operations at TriHealth, as well as Manager of Decision Support Financial Analysis/Cost Accounting. Prior to joining TriHealth, Kelly held the position of Organizational Effectiveness Consultant at Drake Center and worked as a Health Data Analyst at United Medical Resources. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Administration from Ohio University.
