Kathy Gurnee

Kathy Gurnee has extensive experience in human resources and environmental health and safety, currently serving in the Human Resources department at Trijicon, Inc. since July 2015. Prior to this role, Kathy worked at Eberspaecher as the Human Resource Manager and Environmental, Health and Safety Corporate Manager, where responsibilities included managing personnel matters, labor relations, and developing corporate health and safety programs. Achievements at Eberspaecher included implementing a successful Worker’s Compensation and Loss Control Program and obtaining ISO14001 Environmental Management System Corporate Certification. Additional experience includes positions at Associated Spring, Lear Corporation, and Keykert USA, focusing on environmental health and safety management. Kathy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from Cleary University.
