Richard Lichon

Richard Lichon is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in research, development, and manufacturing across various industries. Currently serving as R&D Engineering Manager at Trijicon, Inc. since January 2012, Richard has played a pivotal role as the Lead Development Engineer on the SRO Reflex Sight and previously on the RMR Type 2. Richard's prior experience includes roles at The Bartech Group as a Product Release Engineer, Brose North America as Sr. Project Engineer, and ATEK Medical Manufacturing as Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, among others. With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University, Richard Lichon has demonstrated expertise in design, project management, and engineering support in both automotive and medical sectors.
