Heather Hartnett

Heather Hartnett is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in venture capital and business development. As the CEO and General Partner of Human Ventures since 2015, Heather has been instrumental in supporting the creation and growth of innovative companies through a unique startup studio model. Co-founding Transact Global, a prominent community for emerging fund managers, and contributing to Forbes as a VC Contributor, Heather writes on topics related to venture capital and family office investing. Heather's advisory roles include serving on Trilantic North America's Founders Council and being a member of the PEWIN. Prior experience includes being a member of AARP's Innovators Council, co-founding Oper8r, and incubating startups at City Light Capital. Heather's earlier work also encompassed fundraising and outreach as the Director of Development and Communications at The David Lynch Foundation. Heather holds a BA in Business Management from Maharishi International University and a certificate in Development from New York University.
