Kat Peeler

Kat Peeler is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles across various sectors. Currently serving on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee at acacia blue, Kat also contributes as an Advisory Board Member for Trilantic North America's Founders Council, focusing on support for female entrepreneurs. As the Founder and CEO of Eco Guar Group LLC, Kat emphasizes sustainability and ethical sourcing in the raw materials B2B industry. Prior to these roles, Kat held senior positions at L'Oréal, where significant contributions included P&L management and brand development for multiple product divisions. Kat holds a Master of Management from Northwestern University and additional certifications in international business from CEDEP and Princeton University, where a Bachelor of Science in Engineering was earned.
