Ermanno Sgaravato

Ermanno Sgaravato founded in 1981 “Sgaravato Studio Legale Tributario”, a Professional Tax and Law Association based in Milan and Verona through which he deals with several activities as Trustee in bankruptcy procedures, Advisor of National and International Banks, Technical Office Consultant of Verona’s Law Court, Expert in recovery plans negotiated for corporate crisis. Mr. Sgaravato has been Chairman of Vivacity Srl (Unicredit Group), and is currently member of Board of Directors of various companies (such as Asia Business Group Italia Srl - advisory company, Hong Kong and Beijing; Allometry Management and Marketing Limited - London, non-executive Director, Value Advisory S.r.l.). He is also Chairman and member of the Statutory Auditor of various listed and non-listed companies. In 2014, Mr. Sgaravato has been appointed Member of the Supervisory Committee of Ilva S.p.A, in Extraordinary Administration and Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of Infocontacct Srl, in Extraordinary Administration as well. In 2015, he has been appointed Extraordinary Commissioner of Mercatone Uno Group in receivership and Liquidator of other various cooperative companies (Inter-Log Soc. Coop., Coop. Fidi e Investimenti del Polesine Soc. Coop. Artigiana di Garanzia, Aide Società Cooperativa Sociale). Mr. Sgaravato holds a graduate degree in Business and Trade and is part of the Accounting Auditors' register since April 1995.
