Kat Peeler

Kat Peeler is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee for acacia blue since November 2022, Kat also contributes to Trilantic North America's Founders Council, providing strategic guidance for founder- and family-owned businesses with an emphasis on female entrepreneurs. As the Founder and CEO of Eco Guar Group LLC since September 2016, Kat focuses on sustainable and ethical sourcing, promoting healthy ecosystems and community empowerment. Previously, Kat held several senior vice president roles at L'Oréal from 1998 to 2015, leading major product divisions and managing substantial P&L responsibilities. Kat Peeler's educational background includes a Master of Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, along with additional executive leadership and engineering degrees from CEDEP - INSEAD and Princeton University.
