Kayley Leonard is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and investment banking. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Trilantic North America since September 2021, Kayley previously held roles at UBS, starting as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst in June 2018 and advancing to Investment Banking Analyst in the Consumer Products & Retail Group. Earlier career experience includes a summer internship at Discovery Capital Management and a position as a Squash Coach at US Squash. Kayley holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology (Cum Laude) from Harvard University, completed in 2019, and graduated from Greenwich Academy in 2015.
