Max Almodovar

Max Almodovar is the Director of Finance at Trilantic North America. Prior to joining Trilantic North America, Max was a Senior Associate at Lehman Brothers from October 2006 to May 2009 and a Manager in the Assurance/Business Advisory Services practice at PwC from September 2000 to October 2006.

Max Almodovar has a Master of Science in Accounting from St. John's University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. John's University. Max is also certified by the State of New York as a CPA.

They work with Giulianna Ruiz - Partner, General Counsel, Seth Goldberg - Managing Director, Special Situations, and Munesh Advani - Vice President. Max Almodovar reports to Charles Ayres, Managing Partner and Chairman.
