Orla Drummond

Orla Drummond is a Senior Research Analyst at Trilateral Research, focusing on legal and human rights analysis for the PREPARED initiative since September 2022. Previously, Drummond served as the Lead Researcher on Human Rights and Equality at the Northern Ireland Assembly and as Research Manager at the Commission for Victims and Survivors, where responsibilities included analyzing the needs of victims and survivors. Drummond's academic qualifications include a PhD in Law, an LLM in Human Rights Law, and an MSc in Computing and Information Systems, all obtained from Ulster University, along with a Bachelor of Laws from Liverpool John Moores University. With extensive experience in research, project management, and human rights advocacy across various roles, Orla Drummond has significantly contributed to strategic initiatives aimed at addressing complex social issues and improving access to justice.
