Sarah Alderton Chartered MCIPD has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sarah began their career as an Assistant Night Manager at Crowne Plaza Hotel London Heathrow in 1998, followed by a role as Deputy Reception Manager at Crowne Plaza London Heathrow. In 2000, they joined Elsevier Science Ltd as an HR Advisor, then moved to Perot Systems as an HR Service Delivery Manager in 2004.

Sarah later took on the position of HR/Recruitment Manager at St Augustine's Priory in 2008 before becoming an HR Consultant at ChangeQ Ltd in 2014. In this role, they provided guidance on employee relations and organizational development and co-wrote a program on adaptability during times of change.
