Harsh Jain

Harsh Jain is a Partner in the Corporate Practice Group at Trilegal, where tenure began in November 2011. Primary practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, structured finance, and restructurings. Prior to Trilegal, Harsh Jain gained experience at Clifford Chance LLP from August 2009 to October 2011, serving as Associate, Counsel, and Senior Associate, as well as completing a traineeship. Educational background includes a B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) from the National Law School of India University, obtained from 2004 to 2009.
