Nikhil Sachdeva is a seasoned legal professional specializing in equity and debt financing with extensive experience in domestic and cross-border transactions across various sectors. Currently a Partner at Trilegal since July 2023, Nikhil previously held the role of Partner and Principal Associate at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co from June 2017 to July 2023, along with positions as Principal at BMR Legal and Senior Associate at both J. Sagar Associates and Desai & Diwanji. Nikhil's expertise includes advisory and structuring services for a range of transactions such as investments, acquisitions, joint ventures, and distressed asset management. Nikhil holds an LLM in International Business Law from UCL and an LL.B (H) from Vivekananda Law School, as well as a Diploma in International Business Law from The Indian Academy of International Law and Diplomacy.
