Parul Gupta

Parul Gupta has a significant amount of work experience in the field of human resources. Parul currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at Trilegal, starting in July 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Microsoft, where they held various roles including Senior HR Director - India Area, Senior Director - HR Consulting, and Director - Compensation & Benefits. Parul was employed at Microsoft from 2013 to 2023. Before joining Microsoft, Parul worked at Alcatel-Lucent as Director - Compensation & Benefits from 2011 to 2013. Parul also served as Vice President - Human Resources at GE from 2004 to 2011. Parul's early career includes working as a Manager - HR at SABMiller from 2002 to 2004 and as a Manager - Corporate HR at Ballarpur Industries Limited from 1997 to 2002.

Parul Gupta attended DPS from 1986 to 1992 and MDI, Gurgaon from 1995 to 1997.
