Payel Chatterjee

Payel Chatterjee is a Partner in Dispute Resolution specializing in White Collar Crimes and Investigations at Trilegal since April 2023. Chatterjee serves as Co-Chair of the South Asia Oceania/India Committee for the American Bar Association and is a member of the ICC Court. Additionally, Chatterjee holds positions on the Advisory Board for Indian Women in International Arbitration and as Publications and Newsletter Editor for the International Bar Association's Business Crime Committee. Previous roles include Vice Chair of the Steering Committee for the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR and Head of Litigation at Adani Enterprises Limited. Chatterjee began a legal career at Nishith Desai Associates and also practiced at Seth Dua & Associates. Educational qualifications include a B.Com LLB Hons. from Gujarat National Law University and a Master of Laws in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from O.P. Jindal Global University.
