Pratyush Singh

Pratyush Singh is a legal professional with extensive experience in private equity and M&A transactions, currently serving as a Partner at Trilegal since July 2023. Prior to this role, Pratyush held various positions, including Partner, Principal Associate, and Senior Associate at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co from June 2017 to July 2023, as well as Senior Associate and Associate at BMR Legal from April 2014 to May 2017. Earlier experience includes an Associate role at Acuity Law and internships at prominent law firms and legal offices, where Pratyush contributed to document drafting, legal due diligence, and corporate law advisement. Pratyush holds a BBA LLB from Symbiosis International University and a Diploma in Corporate Law from the Asian School of Cyber Laws.
