Sneha Vardhan

Sneha Vardhan is a Partner at Trilegal since March 2019, specializing in private equity investments, acquisitions, and debt transactions. Notable projects include advising Blackstone on its investment in Aakash Educational Services Ltd and subsequent stake sale to Byjus’, as well as the acquisition of ASK Investment Managers. Additionally, Sneha has guided Edelweiss Financial Services in the sale of its retail wealth management business and the issuance of non-convertible debentures to the PAG group. Sneha also assisted The Carlyle Group with its acquisitions in Varmora Granito Private Limited and VLCC Health Care Limited. Previous experience includes roles as Counsel at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co and as a Senior Associate and Associate at Desai & Diwanji and AZB & Partners, respectively. Sneha's educational background includes a BSL LLB from ILS Law College and a Company Secretary degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
