Dietmar Gleispach

Dietmar Gleispach is the current COO at TriLite Technologies. Dietmar has previously worked as the head of Operations Division EAS at ams AG from July 2007 to March 2020, where they were responsible for cost and rentability for circa €300M annual turnover and five business lines within the division. Dietmar has also worked as a project leader for sensor development at Piecocryst - AVL from May 2006 to June 2007.

Gleispach has a long history of successfully leading and motivating cross-functional teams in Europe, Philippines, and Singapore. Dietmar is also experienced in industrialisation transfer of development projects into mass fabrication. Under their leadership, the team at ams AG saved 10% cost on product level year-on-year, and they also devised a robust long-term development strategy, five-year plan, and budget plans. In their previous role at Piecocryst - AVL, they successfully ramped up 400 units within eight months, resulting in growing company business.

-Gleispach has a Bachelor's degree in physics from the Technical University Graz.

-Dietmar also has a Master's in Business Administration from the Management Center Graz, Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz / University of Graz.

-In addition, they have a PhD in technical physics - solid state physics from the Technical University Graz.
