Niclas During

Niclas During is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in impact investing and ESG management. Currently serving as the Senior Impact Director at Trill Impact since February 2023, Niclas has previously held important roles such as Chief Impact Officer at Nordea Asset Management and Owner of N.During Advice AB. Niclas has also contributed as a Board Member for both CFA Society Sweden and Renewable Ventures Nordic AB. With a tenure at Swedfund International as Portfolio Director and experience at CDC Group plc, McKinsey & Company, and Hitachi Consulting, Niclas has a strong background in evaluating financial and non-financial performance. Niclas holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from Johns Hopkins SAIS and a BA in International Relations from the University of Gothenburg. Additionally, Niclas has completed CFA Level 1 and Level 2 exams.
