Brian Roffers

Brian Roffers is an experienced operations and packaging engineer with a comprehensive background in food and beverage processing. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Trilliant Food & Nutrition, LLC since October 2015, Brian has held various roles including Engineering and Maintenance Manager and Senior Project Engineer. Prior experience includes working as a Packaging Engineer at Stellar and PepsiCo, where responsibilities encompassed the design, layout, and installation of food processing lines and reducing damage rates. Early career involvement included an internship at Boston Scientific, focusing on packaging design and quality improvement. Brian holds a Bachelor's degree in Package Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, complemented by a degree in Project Management & Business Administration.
