Brian Thon

Brian Thon has extensive experience in operations and management within the food and nutrition industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Trilliant Food & Nutrition, LLC since June 2019, Brian previously held the position of Director of Manufacturing. Prior to this, Brian worked at High Liner Foods as Director of Sales Operations from April 2016 to April 2019. Brian's tenure at Cargill from June 2011 to March 2016 included roles such as Commercial Director AVP Pet Treats and Operations and Business Development Lead, while earlier contributions to Cargill from 1997 to 2011 encompassed positions as Product Development & Category Manager and Project Engineer. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
