Theresa Pelkey

Theresa Pelkey, ME, PMP, currently serves as Project & Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Trilliant Food & Nutrition, LLC and Horseshoe Beverage Co. since August 2023. Previously, from 2016 to 2023, Theresa was the Manufacturing and Project Engineering Director at Kite Hill, overseeing environmental health and safety, maintenance reliability, and capital investment across multiple manufacturing locations. Theresa's career spans roles at Cargill from 2006 to 2016, including Production Superintendent and Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing production operations and facility capital improvement projects. Theresa holds a Master of Engineering in Manufacturing Systems Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
