Chris Grassmuck

Chris leads program delivery on many of the Federal Programs, including FEMA, DoJ, FAA, and others. In addition to his project work, he supports internal process and policy development ensuring high-quality delivery across all of TRILLION’s programs. Chris is a passionate delivery executive with over 20 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. He has extensive technology project & product management expertise including traditional and agile management methodologies. His career includes communications projects at Orbcomm, Comtech Mobile Datacom, Telecommunications Systems Inc, as well as technical and engineering project leadership at IBM. In his downtime, Chris teaches and coaches on multiple Program/Project Management processes and exam preparation in the Shenandoah Valley area.
