David Schwantes

David Schwantes, DAD, MBA, PMP, CSM, currently serves as a Senior Program Manager at Trillion Technology Solutions, Inc, where leadership is provided in program and project management for public sector and commercial clients. In addition, Schwantes holds the role of Senior Principal Consultant at PM Strategies, delivering strategic program and project management services. An active volunteer for the Project Management Institute's Washington DC Chapter, Schwantes was instrumental in founding the Shenandoah Valley Community. Past experience includes roles as a Release Manager at the U.S. Department of Education, Senior Managing Consultant at IBM Global Business Services, and Program Manager for the United States Department of Defense. Schwantes possesses a Master's in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
