Michael McMahon

He is a Technical Project manager for Trillions DHS S&T OIP Portal Modernization contract. As a Certified Scrum Master and SAFe5 Agilist, he also provides guidance and coaching to the team and the client on agile transformation and activities.

Michael started his career working for DHS FEMA as configuration management build engineer before moving on to roles as a Functional Analyst and Technical Project Manager embedded with the federal team for the Disaster Survivor Application Intake system (Disaster Assistance Center). His previous experience being directly involved with the federal client and directly involved with the development team has given him the unique ability to troubleshoot issues from all angles. Regardless of the role he has always enjoyed working directly with the technology that he supports. Michael utilizes the deep desire to understand technology with his natural ability to communicate to help clients tackle both technical and managerial issues that occur on projects and provide practical solutions.
