Alex Jovanovic, CFP®

Alex Jovanovic, CFP®, has a diverse work experience in the financial and non-profit sectors.

Alex is currently working at Trillium Asset Management as the Head of Private Client since November 2021, where they previously served as an Investment Manager since October 2013.

Before joining Trillium, Alex was the Vice President of the Church Board at St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Church of Boston from February 2011 to January 2015.

Prior to that, they worked at Boston Common Asset Management as a Vice President from October 2003 to September 2013.

In addition, Alex was part of the Leadership Team at Boston Area Sustainable Investment Consortium (BASIC) from July 2009 to December 2011. BASIC connects the Boston and New England Sustainable & Responsible Investment professionals, facilitating knowledge sharing and collegiality.

Alex also gained experience as a Marketing Assistant at Tufts University from 2002 to 2004.

Alex Jovanovic, CFP®, obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Economics from Tufts University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. In 2009, they attended Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School and received a Certificate in Financial Planning. During the same year, they also attended Callan College for Investment Managers, although no degree or field of study is specified.

Furthermore, in July 2014, Alex Jovanovic obtained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional certification from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc.
