Olivia Luciani has a diverse work experience in various sectors. Olivia started their career in 2017 as a Human Rights in Development Finance Intern at the Center for International Environmental Law (CIEL), where they worked on improving environmental and social safeguards and developed an Early Warning System tool. In 2018, they interned at the International Crisis Group as a United Nations Research and Advocacy Intern, where they tracked conflict developments and drafted summaries for use by in-country analysts. Olivia also worked as a Bank Finance Legal Assistant at White & Case LLP, collaborating with attorneys on debt finance deals.

In 2021, Olivia had multiple roles. Olivia served as a Research Assistant for the Fletcher Academic Dean at The Fletcher School at Tufts University, where they used data to drive academic decision-making. Olivia also worked as a Summer Research Associate at the Value Reporting Foundation, conducting research. Olivia was a Summer Research Associate at the SASB - Sustainability Accounting Standards Board, contributing to the SASB Research Team's human capital work and developing a Health & Nutrition standard-setting proposal.

In 2022, Olivia became a Graduate Teaching Assistant at The Fletcher School at Tufts University, where they assisted in teaching. Olivia also joined Trillium Asset Management as an ESG Research Associate, conducting environmental, social, and governance research and engagement. In 2023, they were promoted to the role of ESG Research Analyst, with a specific focus on Industrials and Utilities.
