Scott LaHerran

Scott LaHerran has a diverse work experience in various industries. Scott started their career as a Sales Associate Intern at Alliance Residential Company in 2020, followed by an internship in Property Management at Greystar. In 2021, they worked as a Real Estate Sales Acquisition Associate at Acceleration Capital before joining First Republic Bank as a Commercial Closing Business Administrator. At First Republic Bank, they then advanced to the role of Commercial Closing Senior Generalist, where they assisted loan teams in originating commercial loans and generated required loan documentation. Currently, they are working as a Portfolio Associate - Private Client at Trillium Asset Management since 2023.

Scott LaHerran earned a Bachelor of Sciences and Arts degree in Corporate Finance, Real Estate Finance, and Economics from Colorado State University, where they studied from 2016 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, Scott obtained a CA Real Estate Salesperson License from the California Department of Real Estate in August 2021 and became a Notary Public through the California Secretary of State in February 2023.
