Nancy Gregory, MBA, CPHQ, currently serves as the Lead Quality Systems Analyst at Trillium Community Health Plan since July 2015, where responsibilities include leading data analysis for the Health Plan Quality Department and providing quality data and analysis that garnered various recognitions, including the 2022 Q3 Apex Award for Principled Agility. Nancy has a strong background in healthcare quality, demonstrated through the certifications and innovations in processes such as benchmarking for HEDIS operations, which are recognized as best practices within the Centene Enterprise. Prior professional experience includes a role as Global Customer Service Coordinator at Symantec, utilizing language skills in English and Mandarin-Chinese while engaging in enterprise system management and quality analysis. Academic credentials include an MBA in Economics from Eastern Washington University and a BA in Economics from National Tsing Hua University.
