Lindsey Woodruff (She/Her/Hers)

Lindsey Woodruff is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and behavior therapy. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Trillium Employment Services since January 2018, Lindsey has also held roles as an Assistant Program Manager and Senior Employment Consultant within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a registered behavior technician at Understanding Behavior, Inc., where work focused on behavior therapy for children with disabilities, and as a lifeguard at YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties. Lindsey began a foundational career in occupational therapy as a student volunteer at Meca Therapies LLC. Academically, Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from New Mexico State University and a Master of Science in Child Life from Texas Woman's University.
