Tyler Foster has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries. Tyler started their career as an Instructor in Machining at Central Washington University in 2008 and worked there until 2010. Tyler then worked as a Machinist, CNC Programmer, and Quality Control CMM Programmer at Hobart Machined Products Inc from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, they joined Insitu, Inc. as a Mechanical Engineer and worked there until 2013. Tyler then joined Collins Aerospace in 2013 as a Staff Mechanical Engineer and worked there until 2020. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Mechanical/Propulsion Engineer at Power4Flight. Currently, they are working as a Mechanical Engineer at Trillium Engineering. Over the years, Tyler has gained expertise in machining, mechanical engineering, and aircraft propulsion systems.
Tyler Foster earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Central Washington University in 2008. Tyler then pursued a Master's degree in Engineering Technology at the same institution from 2008 to 2010. In addition, they earned a minor in Physics from Central Washington University in 2008. Tyler also holds various certifications, including Optomechanical Systems Engineering from SPIE, SOLIDWORKS Simulation Professional from MCAD, and Red Card: HMGB, ABRO, DECK, FFT1, ICT5 from the Washington State Department of Natural Resources.

The business provides stability and imagery systems to domestic and foreign defense and government UAS OEMs, integrators, and end-users.
