Jill Whiteford

Jill Whiteford, MSW, currently serves as the Director of Quality Improvement at Trillium Family Services since July 2023. Prior to this role, Jill worked at Catholic Charities of Oregon as the Director of Quality and Program Evaluation from August 2015 to July 2023. Jill's experience also includes positions at Impact Northwest, where roles of Quality Assurance Supervisor and Quality Assurance Specialist were held from November 2007 to August 2015, and at St. Vincent Catholic Charities as the Manager of Quality and Accreditation and Quality Improvement Specialist from May 2004 to August 2007. Jill earned a Master’s degree in Social Work from Michigan State University between 2002 and 2004 and a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, from 1997 to 2000.
