Dr. Fellman joined Trillium Family Services in 2008 as a part-time consulting child and adolescent psychiatrist at the Parry Center for Children in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Fellman obtained her undergraduate degree from Oregon State University in 1995, and graduated from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston in 2001. She completed her general psychiatry training at Oregon Health and Science University in 2005 and her child and adolescent psychiatry training at Oregon Health and Science University in June 2006. Dr. Fellman is board-certified in general psychiatry. Dr. Fellman has participated in telemedicine projects, providing child and adolescent psychiatric services to rural communities.
