Lisa Kane

Lisa Kane is responsible for managing and coordinating all shared services for Trillium Group, which owns and operates both the Trillium Family Foundation and Trillium Family Services, Oregon’s largest provider of mental and behavioral healthcare for children and families. Lisa has worked for Trillium for the better part of the past two decades.

In her role, Lisa provides leadership in the development of personnel policies and procedures, as well as oversight and strategic planning for human resources, finance, risk management, and information technology (I.T.) across all Trillium Group subsidiaries.

Prior to joining Trillium Family Services in 2001, Ms. Kane worked for several Portland area companies, including a bakery and a pharmaceutical company. Ms. Kane received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon and her Master’s degree from Lewis and Clark College. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
