Shanin Engman

Shanin Engman is an experienced professional in the fields of volunteer and donor engagement, couple coaching, and pastoral ministry. Currently serving as the Volunteer and Donor Engagement Manager at Trillium Family Services since February 2016, Shanin also operates a coaching business for pre-engaged and pre-marital couples through Relationship Connections, a role held since March 2015. Previously, as the Associate Pastor of Adult Community at New Hope Community Church from January 2003 to February 2015, Shanin directed various ministries, mentored leaders, and organized community events, including mission trips. Shanin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Theological and Ministerial Studies from Summit Bible College, completed in 2011.
