Lauren Wehrung Sphr

Lauren Wehrung, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Trillium Farms since March 2020, following roles as Senior Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Generalist within the same company. Previously, Lauren worked at Green Growth Brands as a Human Resources Generalist and held multiple HR positions at Rogue Fitness, OSU Physicians, Inc., CrossCountry Mortgage, Inc., and Jo-Ann Stores, Inc., focusing on employee relations, compliance, and unemployment claims processes. Lauren began their HR career as a Human Resources Assistant at Montefiore and contributed to educational initiatives as a Pre-Professional Internship Program Site Supervisor and Board Member at Trinity High School. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from John Carroll University in 2012.
