Derek McParland

Derek McParland currently serves as Vice President of Operations at Trillium Health Care Products, a position held since April 2023. Previously, Derek was with Canopy Growth Corporation from May 2019 to March 2023, where roles included Senior Director of Canada Manufacturing, General Manager of Manufacturing, and Operations Manager, overseeing advanced manufacturing and packaging operations. Before joining Canopy Growth, Derek worked at 3M from December 2003 to May 2019 in various capacities, including Logistics Coordinator and within Warehouse Operations. Early career experiences include a role as Product Engineering Technologist at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise and as a Procurement Auditor.
